Lilibet’s is a new seafood-led restaurant set within a beautifully restored Mayfair townhouse, once the birthplace of a young British princess. Inspired by elegance, travel, and timeless hospitality, the venue blends classic British charm with Mediterranean flavours, all served in a series of intimate, story-rich dining spaces. With over 160 covers, the restaurant includes an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and year-round terrace. Guests will experience standout seafood dishes, bold cooking, and refined service in a setting designed to feel like an extraordinary private home.

The Position
We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our guests. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
To succeed as a bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Previous experience within a quality restaurant or busy high end central London bar
- Flair / WSET / Spirits qualifications
- Great knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and spirits.
- Minimum age of 18 to be able to prepare and serve alcohol.
- Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to demonstrate organization skills with speed and efficiency
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.
- Able to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.
