Role Overview
We’re hiring an Investment Analyst to join our London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work directly with our investment partners, gain hands-on exposure to early-stage investing, and develop deep expertise in high-growth technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and track promising early-stage startups across Europe. Build and maintain relationships with founders and ecosystem players.
- Due Diligence: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and product assessments to support investment decisions.
- Thesis Development: Research emerging sectors and technologies. Help shape investment themes and sector-specific insights.
- Portfolio Support: Assist with portfolio company monitoring, follow-on funding, reporting, and value creation initiatives.
- Internal Tools: Help maintain internal databases (e.g., CRM, deal tracking), improve workflows, and ensure data quality.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a startup in a strategic role.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with a demonstrated passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; able to produce clear, compelling memos and reports.
- Comfortable with data analysis, market sizing, and financial modelling.
- Highly organised, self-directed, and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
