About 16K Agency
16K Agency is a leading creative and social media agency based in London, working across Formula 1, sport, lifestyle, and global brand storytelling. We partner with some of the most exciting brands in sport, fashion, and culture to create content that goes beyond the track — capturing the people, places, and moments that shape modern audiences. Our work sits at the intersection of sport and lifestyle — from behind-the-scenes access at global events to editorial-style shoots across travel, fashion, food, and culture. We’re known for moving fast, thinking creatively, and producing content that feels current, human, and culturally relevant.
The Role
We’re looking for a Videographer & Editor with a strong eye for lifestyle, fashion, food, travel, and human storytelling. While you will be working at motorsport events and with sport talent and global brands activating within it, it is not a motorsport focused role – it’s about capturing the world around it: the people, the atmosphere, the culture, the off-track moments. You’ll be creating content that feels more editorial, social-first, and culturally in tune, rather than technical or car-focused. You’ll be involved in the full production process — from concepting and shooting to editing and final delivery — working across a mix of campaigns, social content, and on-location shoots around the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Videography: Shoot high-quality, visually-led content with a strong focus on people, environments, and storytelling — from street-style moments to food, travel, and behind-the-scenes access
- Editing: Craft engaging, social-first video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools — with a strong sense of pacing, music, and narrative
- Storytelling: Bring a lifestyle/editorial perspective to every piece of content, focusing on mood, detail, and human connection
- Creative Development: Contribute ideas and help shape concepts that feel culturally relevant and aligned with brand direction
- On-Location Shoots: Travel internationally to capture content at events, campaigns, and brand activations — often in fast-paced environments
- Post-Production: Manage edits from first cut to final delivery, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with trends in fashion, food, travel, and social content — and translate them into high quality outputs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in videography and editing, ideally within editorial, fashion, food, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle content
- Creative Eye: A strong visual style and understanding of composition, movement, and storytelling beyond traditional branded content
- Technical Skills: Confident shooting with professional camera equipment; proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the wider Adobe Suite; strong understanding of lighting, audio, and post-production workflows
- Story-First Mindset: You naturally look for moments, details, and narratives — not just coverage
- Pace & Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-moving environments, often on the go
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
Nice to Have
- Background in editorial, publishing, or agency work with lifestyle brands
- Experience shooting for social-first platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Motion graphics / animation skills
- Experience with creative or art direction
- Driving licence
Benefits
- Work with a highly creative and collaborative team
- Extensive international travel opportunities
- Private Health Insurance (Vitality)
- Standard UK leave and pension
- Day off on your birthday
- Hybrid working
- Bike & tech scheme
- Fast-growing, ambitious agency environment
