The Role

We’re looking for a freelance Influencer Manager to support across campaigns, talent coordination, and day-to-day execution on behalf of a client. The project and client is sport/lifestyle related so experience working within this field is a bonus.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing influencer outreach and communication across multiple markets such as US, EU & UK.
  • Coordinating talent across campaigns and race weekends.
  • Supporting on briefs, deliverables, and timelines as well as contracts and negotiations.
  • Tracking content output and approvals.
  • Assisting with general campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with influencers / talent (agency or brand side).
  • Strong social/creative approach to support on (influencer) content ideation.
  • Has experience managing clients and stakeholders directly.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple moving parts at once.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexible and responsive — able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Details

Contract / freelance role - 9 - 12 months or if preferred, short term 2 - 3 months.

Approx. 2–3 days per week (can vary depending on workload).

Some flexibility required around race weekends and campaign delivery.
