The Role
We’re looking for a freelance Influencer Manager to support across campaigns, talent coordination, and day-to-day execution on behalf of a client. The project and client is sport/lifestyle related so experience working within this field is a bonus.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing influencer outreach and communication across multiple markets such as US, EU & UK.
- Coordinating talent across campaigns and race weekends
- Supporting on briefs, deliverables, and timelines as well as contracts and negotiations.
- Tracking content output and approvals
- Assisting with general campaign execution
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with influencers / talent (agency or brand side)
- Strong social/creative approach to support on (influencer) content ideation.
- Has experience managing clients and stakeholders directly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple moving parts at once
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and responsive — able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Details
- Contract / freelance role – 9 – 12 months or if preferred, short term 2 – 3 months.
- Approx. 2–3 days per week (can vary depending on workload)
- Some flexibility required around race weekends and campaign delivery
