We work with top brands in F1, including sponsors, teams, and drivers, to produce high-impact videos and visual content for social media and digital platforms. We are looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Shooting Producer to lead content production across global motorsport and sports brands. This is a true Shooting Producer role suited to someone who started their career in videography, photography, or editing and is comfortable in jumping and giving direction and support in this area, and has since moved into a production-focused position. The role involves extensive international travel, including attending Formula 1 races, and requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, live environments and can confidently manage both creative output and production logistics.
- Client Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients during projects, ensuring clear cross-departmental communication, alignment on deliverables, and high-quality execution.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative, social, and content teams to develop ideas and translate briefs into impactful content.
- On-Site Shoot Leadership: Lead shoots on location, including at Formula 1 race weekends, ensuring smooth delivery under tight timelines. Apply your background in videography/photography to guide shoot quality, troubleshoot on set, and ensure best-in-class output. Oversee editing workflows, providing feedback, quality control and ensuring final content meets creative and client expectations.
- Scheduling & Workflow Management: Manage timelines across multiple projects, ensuring efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment. Work with internal teams and freelance crew, ensuring the right people and resources are in place for each project. Adapt quickly to challenges on shoots, particularly in live or high-pressure environments such as race weekends.
2–3+ years of experience in a production or producer role (essential)
Previous hands-on experience in videography, photography, and/or editing.
Experience working in sport or motorsport environments (highly desirable)
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, live environments
Willingness to travel extensively and work across international race calendars
