The Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of major clients across motorsport, hospitality, fashion, entertainment and events. You will lead client relationships and oversee creative, content and social projects from brief through to delivery, acting as the key link between clients and our Creative, Production, Social and Strategy teams. This is a hands-on role for an experienced Account Manager ready to step up, or an established Senior Account Manager. You will be commercially minded, confident managing clients independently and comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Do

  • Client & Account Leadership
    • Own day-to-day relationships across assigned client accounts.
    • Build a strong understanding of each client's brand, objectives and commercial priorities.
    • Provide proactive communication, manage expectations and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Mentor junior team members and help maintain high standards of client service.
  • Project & Delivery
    • Lead creative, content and social projects from briefing through to final delivery.
    • Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets, approvals and deliverables.
    • Coordinate Creative, Production, Social and Strategy teams, ensuring clear briefs, responsibilities and communication.
    • Oversee delivery around key sporting and cultural moments, including race weekends, launches and brand activations.
  • Commercial & Growth
    • Own project and account budgets alongside Production and Finance.
    • Scope new work and prepare quotes, statements of work and retainers.
    • Support forecasting, resource planning and effective management of agency time and costs.
    • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to proposals, pitches and new opportunities.
  • Creative & Strategy
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on social, content and campaign strategies.
    • Contribute strategic and creative thinking that strengthens client work.
    • Develop high-quality presentations, proposals and campaign plans.
    • Use reporting and performance insights to inform future activity and demonstrate value.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven account management experience within a creative, social, content, marketing or sports agency.
  • Experience independently managing client relationships and multiple projects.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, scoping, quotes and statements of work.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • A good understanding of social media, digital content and the wider sport and entertainment landscape.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership and work autonomously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within Formula 1, motorsport, sports marketing or the wider sporting ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of F1 teams, sponsors, partners and rights holders.
  • Experience working across photography, video, graphics and digital content production.
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues or contributing to creative development.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • 28 days' annual leave, including bank holidays
  • Additional day off for your birthday
  • Private health insurance through Vitality
