Location: Chiswick W4, London (Hybrid, 3 days in the office)

We collaborate with sponsors, teams, rights holders and global brands to produce high-impact creative content and commercially driven campaigns across digital platforms. We are looking for a senior, experienced operator to join us on a short-term contract to strengthen and streamline our client function during a period of growth.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, senior contract position reporting directly to the CEO. The purpose of this role is clear:

  • Accelerate contract turnaround
  • Tighten scopes and protect margins
  • Stabilise client delivery
  • Improve onboarding and process clarity
  • Remove commercial bottlenecks

You will oversee our portfolio of retainers and project-based work across sport and events, bringing immediate structure, confidence and commercial discipline to the client function. This is not a placeholder role. We need someone who can step in, take charge, and make an impact quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Control
  • Review and tighten scopes of work before release
  • Support pricing discussions and ensure commercial alignment
  • Protect margins across projects and retainers
  • Monitor profitability and advise on improvements
  • Ensure new client requests are scoped and actioned efficiently
  • Understand event cost structures and delivery realities
Contract & Process Acceleration
  • Improve speed and clarity of contract turnaround
  • Streamline onboarding processes
  • Remove friction between client, production and creative teams
Client Leadership
  • Act as senior escalation point where required
  • Bring calm authority to complex or sensitive situations
  • Support strategic conversations and renewal discussions
Team Support
  • Lead and mentor the Client Accounts team
  • Raise standards in communication, documentation and ownership
  • Provide structure and clarity to the function

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in agency senior/ account ownership
  • Experience managing accounts of £100k+
  • Background in sport, events, sponsorship or creative agencies
  • Strong commercial instinct and cost awareness
  • Able to work autonomously and move quickly
  • Calm under pressure
  • Comfortable challenging internally and externally
