We are seeking a highly organised Logistics Executive to manage the movement of goods across our supply chain, from factory to warehouse and through to wholesale and e-commerce customers. This role is critical in ensuring smooth deliveries, accurate stock allocation, and efficient coordination with internal teams, warehouses, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of finished goods from factories, liaising closely with the Production Coordinator and Supply Chain Manager.
- Create accurate ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) using factory packing lists, reporting any discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager and Sales leads.
- Manage stock allocation across E-commerce and Wholesale channels.
- Handle wholesale shipments, including all shipping documentation, invoicing, and customs paperwork, COO and Chamber of Commerce applications.
- Provide shipping updates to Wholesale clients and the Head of Wholesale.
- Generate and maintain accurate commodity codes on Zedonk.
- Manage warehouse inventory, including stock movements, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Coordinate raw material deliveries to factories, managing commercial paperwork.
- Support the management of transportation services, including booking, tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
- Oversee packaging supplies, including sourcing, reordering, stock levels, and supporting any branding or packaging changes.
- Manage ad hoc courier bookings and urgent shipments, selecting appropriate services to meet delivery timelines and budgets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations role, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of shipping, customs procedures, and international logistics.
- Experience working with warehouses, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident managing multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in Excel and logistics or inventory management systems.
- Experience with Zedonk would be advantageous.
