Our core values are centred around Continuity as we believe that to be the cornerstone of Primary Care. We support Continuity every day with our values: Respect, Teamwork and Confidentiality. We are focussing on the NHS 10 Year Plan and the idea of Neighbourhoods and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, as we work towards single and multiple provider contracts. We host a "Friendship Cafe", run by patients, for patients. It is an open space, without clinical input, primarily aimed at giving patients a place to have a friendly chat and connect with others.
