167 Solutions is partnering with a growing specialist lender to appoint ambitious Business Development Managers across Bridging, Development Finance and Commercial Lending. Whether you're an experienced Field BDM, an Internal BDM ready to step up, or a Sales Manager looking to lead and develop a team, this is an opportunity to join a lender investing heavily in growth, broker relationships and market share.
The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established UK specialist lender with a strong reputation across the intermediary market. They provide fast, flexible funding solutions across bridging finance, development finance and commercial mortgages, working closely with brokers, packagers and introducers throughout the UK. As part of continued expansion, they are seeking commercially driven individuals who can originate new business, strengthen broker partnerships and deliver lending growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with brokers, packagers and introducers.
- Generate and convert bridging, development and commercial lending opportunities.
- Manage deals from initial enquiry through to completion and drawdown.
- Work collaboratively with underwriting and credit teams to structure successful lending solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve lending targets.
- Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions and industry functions.
- Identify new introducer relationships and market opportunities.
For Sales Manager level candidates:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
- Support regional growth strategies and sales planning.

- Experience within Bridging Finance, Development Finance, Commercial Mortgages or Specialist Lending.
