This role sits right at the centre of it all. Dynamics 365 will be powering client management, reporting, and document generation. Now, with Customer Insights and tighter integration into Business Central, the focus is on smarter data, better relationships, and cleaner delivery. You’ll be the glue between the business and tech. What you’ll actually be doing:
- Owning end‑to‑end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM & Business Central initiatives
- Translating business needs into clear, deliverable work packages with the BA and Developers
- Running sprints, managing backlogs, and keeping requirements tight and current
- Coordinating CRM, RM, and BC workstreams so nothing breaks downstream
- Managing stakeholders without losing your sanity (or theirs)
