Salesforce Functional Consultant (Contract Outside IR35)

Rate : £500 per day

Contract Length : Initial 36 months

Location : Hybrid working (UK-based, on-site as required)

Overview

We are supporting a client seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a transformation programme focused on Sales Cloud optimisation, user adoption, and system integrations . This role will work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, while also supporting light technical delivery where required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design across Salesforce Sales Cloud

Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement

Configure Salesforce including:

• Objects
• Fields
• Validation rules
• Flows
• Reports
• Dashboards

Provide functional oversight and hands‑on support with Apex where required

Support and coordinate integrations with:

• HubSpot
• Marketing Cloud
• Telephony platforms including Vonage, Natterbox, and CloudCall
