Were currently hiring on behalf of a client who is undergoing a major CRM transformation programme and looking to bring in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer on a permanent basis. This role will play a key part in shaping customer engagement journeys across digital channels and supporting the broader Salesforce ecosystem rollout.
This is a hybrid role based in London and ideally suited to someone who is confident working across both technical build and campaign execution, in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test and implement solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio

Work closely with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Build personalised campaigns using AMPscript and SQL, manage data extensions, and support segmentation strategies
-
Collaborate with internal marketing, CRM, and IT teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of marketing journeys

Support integration between Marketing Cloud and the wider Salesforce platform

Maintain documentation and support ongoing optimisation and platform performance
Experience Required:

Proven experience working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder etc.)

Solid understanding of AMPscript, SQL and HTML/CSS for email and campaign development

Good grasp of data extension structures, campaign workflows, and contact model in SFMC

Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems

Strong attention to detail and confidence working within enterprise environments
Desirable Skills:

Exposure to Salesforce Omnistudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Developer, Consultant, or Email Specialist)

Experience working in a transformation or re-platforming programme with multiple Salesforce modules
