A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver key business change initiatives across operations, systems and processes.
You will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder leadership and the ability to manage complex change in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of business change and transformation projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures and reporting
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT and third-party vendors
- Facilitate project workshops, steering committees and stakeholder updates
- Oversee process improvement initiatives and operational changes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organisational standards
- Proven Project Management experience within Financial Services or Professional Markets
- Strong background delivering business change and process transformation
- Experience running workshops and managing senior stakeholders
- Skilled in project planning, governance and delivery methodologies
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or Agile certifications
- Experience delivering programmes involving systems implementation
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements within Financial Services
