Role Overview
As a Mortgage Advisor, youll work directly with clients to offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice. Youll be supported with a steady stream of leads, a full admin/compliance team, and access to the latest systems allowing you to focus on what matters most: your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on residential, buy-to-let, and remortgage products

• Manage the full mortgage process from initial enquiry to completion

• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies

• Keep up to date with lender criteria, market trends, and protection products

• Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and transparency

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Essential

• At least 12 years experience in a mortgage advisory role

• Whole-of-market experience preferred

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• Motivated, organised, and confident managing cases independently
