The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, youll provide whole-of-market mortgage advice, guiding clients through every step of the journey from the initial enquiry to successful completion. Youll have access to warm leads, dedicated administrative support, and a collaborative environment that enables you to focus on building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice (residential, BTL, remortgage)

• Manage end-to-end client cases with full back-office support

• Stay up to date with market trends, lenders, and compliance standards

• Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

• Maintain accurate, compliant records in line with FCA guidelines

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Essential

• Minimum 12 years\’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor

• Whole-of-market experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of UK mortgage products and protection options

• Self-driven, organised, and focused on client success
