Job Title: Insurance Broker (Personal & Commercial Lines)
Location: Harrow, London
Salary: £30,000£40,000 + Commission

A well-established insurance brokerage based in Harrow is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join their growing team. This role will focus on both personal and commercial lines, managing existing clients while developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients

• Provide advice on suitable cover including motor, home, property, liability and SME policies

• Handle new business enquiries, renewals and mid-term adjustments

• Negotiate terms with insurers to secure competitive premiums

• Deliver high levels of customer service and client retention

Requirements:

• Previous experience in insurance broking (personal and commercial lines)

• Strong knowledge of UK insurance products and markets

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales

• Cert CII qualified or working towards (desirable)
