Insurance Administrator FCA-Regulated Financial Services Firm Harrow, London | Full-Time | Office Based | £28,000 - £35,000 DOEJoin a Growing Financial Services Business 167 Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, FCA-regulated financial services organisation that is experiencing significant growth and has ambitious plans to double in size over the coming years.

Operating as a modern family office, the business provides Wealth Management, Mortgages, Commercial Finance, Protection and Insurance services to a broad portfolio of clients, including High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, business owners and families.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an organised and customer-focused Insurance Administrator to support the Insurance and Protection team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with insurance administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a professional and growing organisation.

The Role As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service throughout the insurance application and renewal process.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing insurance applications from submission through to completion.

Liaising with clients, insurers, underwriters and providers.

Preparing policy documentation and client correspondence.

Processing new business, renewals, amendments and cancellations.

Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.

Monitoring outstanding requirements and policy progress.

Supporting advisers with administrative and compliance activities.

Ensuring all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards.

Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Essential Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in an Insurance Administration role.

Experience working within a regulated financial services or insurance environment.

Strong understanding of insurance products and policy administration processes.

Experience dealing with insurers, underwriters and clients.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Experience Experience supporting Protection, Life Insurance, Private Medical Insurance or General Insurance products.

Knowledge of FCA compliance requirements.

Experience within an IFA, Wealth Management, Mortgage Brokerage or Insurance Brokerage environment.
