- Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT
- Ensuring CRM and BC configurations align with real business needs
- Supporting data, reporting, and Customer Insights use cases
- Producing documentation, process maps, and change impact assessments
- Supporting stakeholders through adoption and change
What we’re looking for:

- Dynamics 365 certifications
What you’ll bring:
- The ability to turn vague business ideas into clear, buildable requirements
- Strong communication, written and verbal
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A delivery mindset, not a documentation-only BA
- Comfort working across CRM, RM, and Business Central in one programme
