Join a growing financial services business. 167 Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, FCA-regulated financial services organisation that is experiencing significant growth and has ambitious plans to double in size over the coming years. Operating as a modern family office, the business provides Wealth Management, Mortgages, Commercial Finance, Protection and Insurance services to a broad portfolio of clients, including High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, business owners and families.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an organised and customer-focused Insurance Administrator to support the Insurance and Protection team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with insurance administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a professional and growing organisation.
The Role
- Managing insurance applications from submission through to completion.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, underwriters and providers.
- Preparing policy documentation and client correspondence.
- Processing new business, renewals, amendments and cancellations.
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Monitoring outstanding requirements and policy progress.
- Supporting advisers with administrative and compliance activities.
- Ensuring all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Essential Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Insurance Administration role.
- Experience working within a regulated financial services or insurance environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and policy administration processes.
- Experience dealing with insurers, underwriters and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting Protection, Life Insurance, Private Medical Insurance or General Insurance products.
- Knowledge of FCA compliance requirements.
- Experience within an IFA, Wealth Management, Mortgage Brokerage or Insurance Brokerage environment.
