1625ip is recruiting into the Dispersed Housing team to support young people moving on from homelessness.
You will develop individual support plans to promote independent living, manage rent accounts and explore move-on options.
The role includes housing management tasks and safety checks, with flexible working from home possible.
The position is permanent, based near Kingsley Hall in Bristol with hybrid working. Interviews are planned for 30 September 2026 and a DBS check will be required.
