1625 Independent People invites applications for roles within our Woodleaze Team in Yate. The waking night shifts run from 9:30pm to 7:30am on a fixed rota (4 shifts on, 4 shifts off).
We support up to 18 young people aged 16-25 in a purpose-built accommodation service and are looking for people who want to make a positive difference. We work through Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) and Trauma-Informed Practice (TIP).
