1625 Independent People is recruiting for a Wellbeing Coaches team to support young people with mental health challenges through tailored 1:1 work, trauma-informed practices, and collaborative training for colleagues across housing and support services. The role is permanent, with 0.6 FTE at central Bristol, requiring either a qualified mental health professional or substantial related experience.
You will engage in resilience-building and coping strategies, work across PIE/TIP frameworks.
