Our work is predominantly residential ranging from high end residences to multi storey apartments, but we have work in many other sectors.

We are not ‘paper architects’ and aim to see our designs built and this occasionally allows us to act as Executive architects building out other architect’s designs.

We are looking for new team members to join us and need competent 3D designers with sufficient knowledge of construction to be able to produce stunning, buildable designs. We are also looking for candidates with good technical knowledge of construction detail and autocad.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant RIBA Part II certified qualification or MBIAT/ CIAT qualification
  • Experience within the residential, and commercial sectors would be beneficial.
  • Excellent 3D digital modelling skills are a must, experience of Revit is essential.
  • Good understanding of planning and UK building regulations.
  • Willingness to learn, work hard and be flexible.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and pragmatic candidate with excellent design and graphic skills in AutoCAD, Revit and in design as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

The role would see you involved in all stages of the design and construction process, working closely with the Directors and others in the practice, drawing, designing, and producing imagery for clients, contractors and design team consultants.

Individuals will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have proven experience, skills and knowledge relevant to the role. Excellent communication skills are essential to enable liaison with clients and consultants.

We look for individuals who demonstrate ambition and initiative, can work with minimal supervision, and have the ability to work to deadlines and carry out multiple tasks.

What we offer

The successful candidate(s) would be based full-time in our main office in Altrincham.

We provide a full range of training, support and mentoring to help new staff to settle in as well as a competitive starting salary.

In return we’ll make sure you get the experience and support you need to take your career as far as you want it to go.

We provide an ideal environment for a Part II to gain the experience required to complete their qualification or for a recently qualified architect to take the next step in taking responsibility for the delivery of projects.
