We are seeking a highly operational, execution-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for ensuring flawless event activation execution from pre‑production planning through on‑site delivery and post‑event reporting. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager, global client and their local markets, venues, and production partners to guarantee technical feasibility, contractual compliance, and operational excellence across festivals and club events. This role requires international travel and hands‑on on‑site management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and review all event documentation including floor plans, venue layouts, and production specifications.
  • Validate activation zones, space utilisation, and technical requirements (power, internet, rigging, access).
  • Identify operational constraints and production risks early.
  • Support markets with activation mechanics and production feasibility recommendations.
  • Review activation visuals to ensure technical feasibility and brand guideline & contractual compliance.
  • Confirm operations align with contractual rights and obligations.
  • Produce production readiness checklist.
  • Develop detailed, day‑by‑day production schedules and timelines.
  • Align client plans with venue & rightsholder operators and local production partners.
  • Confirm credentialing and access passes.
  • Serve as primary on‑site operational lead between the client, production partners and rightsholders.
  • Troubleshoot real‑time issues and handle last‑minute changes.
  • Support content/photo approvals where required.
  • Oversee dismantling and post‑event wrap.

  • Strong operational production knowledge.
  • Experience managing festivals or large‑scale live events.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple markets, events and overlapping timelines.
