Role: Welding/Fabrication Supervisor
Location: Manchester
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience
Hours: Days Mon – Fri 8am- 4.30pm
We are working with a leading fabrication and Mechanical Engineering company which provides a range of products/solutions such as Mezzanine floors, as well as a range of products for manufacturing, Automotive and FMCG.
Currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor/Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate welding tasks
- Plan and assign welding projects to meet deadlines
- Inspect welds for quality and compliance
- Maintain equipment, ensure safety standards, and oversee shop floor staff
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence
Ideally experienced with similar products and a confident team leader. Experience of EN1090 would be a distinct advantage.
This is a full-time permanent role with an established company offering security and progression.
