Working Hours: Three-weekly rotating shifts, Monday – Friday: 06:30 – 15:00, 14:30 – 23:00, 22:30 – 07:00
Salary: Starting rate £25,397 + late shift payment & company & attendance bonus
We are working with a well-established plastic manufacturing company who are currently looking for Moulding Operators to join the team. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining product excellence in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out manual tasks in the moulding process following training
- Meet required quality and production standards
- Complete accurate production and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with QS 9002 and company procedures
- Wear specified PPE at all times
- Conduct visual product checks to ensure high quality
- Maintain housekeeping standards around machines and workstations
- Report safety issues, hazards, or quality concerns promptly
- Support cross-functional activities as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Adapt to different processes across the department
- Perform any other duties required to support operations
