Role: Business Development/Technical Sales
Location: North West - Hybrid working
Salary: £40 - 50k depending upon experience, Car & Benefits
My client is a leading Engineering company, specialising in Fabrication works, Steel stock holding and bespoke projects. They are currently looking for a Business Development/Technical Sales Engineer to join the team.
This role will involve:
- Targeting specific customers/businesses and generating new leads.
- Finding new business, submitting quotations, dealing with contractors, negotiating prices and following up on leads.
Experience in Steel/Laser profiling/Fabrication/CNC manufacturing would be a distinct advantage. The company is also expanding into the street furniture sector, such as planters, cycle stands, and refuse solutions.
You must be confident in dealing with people both face to face and on the phone, be personable, and familiar with dealing with subcontract level companies.
