15gifts is a fast-growing B2B SaaS/PaaS company and we are now launching Humara, a unique AI-powered sales agent platform, built on 12 years of data from our current guided selling product and fine-tuned by the highest performing human salespeople. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Head of Product will coach and lead our talented team of 7 Product Managers, with a key focus of this role to successfully turn our product strategy into deliverable outcomes for our customers, as well as operationalising our product function, establishing ways of working to really supercharge our delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CPO to shape and execute the overarching product strategy & vision.
  • Put in place key frameworks and ways of working to ensure product features and customer rollouts are delivered with maximum efficiency
  • Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable product plans/roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features that align with business goals.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Work with the Product Analyst and customer success teams to analyse product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and drive optimisation initiatives.
  • Monitor key product performance metrics to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
  • Act as a key contact between the product team and other teams (e.g. Customer Success, Sales and Tech), ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in product management, with previous experience in a leadership role managing teams
  • Have set up new ways of working, team orgs and relevant frameworks from scratch when defining product teams
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing product teams.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
  • Experience in AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, Telcos or sales optimisation tools is an advantage.
