15gifts is a fast-growing B2B SaaS/PaaS company and we are now launching a unique agentic sales agent platform - built on 12 years of data from our current guided selling product and fine-tuned by the highest performing human salespeople. The sales agent will be launched with some of the largest companies globally, marking a major milestone for our business. Building on our 12 years as market leaders, we’re now entering an exciting growth stage. The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO / CRO, the Head of Marketing will lead our brand and be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that aligns with our revenue goals. You will lead demand generation, brand positioning, and account-based marketing (ABM) to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise SaaS/PaaS marketing, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of driving measurable results.
Key Accountabilities
- Owning and executing an ambitious marketing vision aligned to company goals
- Evolving and leading delivery and optimisation of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to support business growth
- Collaboratively working with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy
Demand Generation and Growth Strategy
- Driving demand generation through multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and events
- Developing an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy in partnership with the sales team to target high-value enterprise customers
- Implementing and leveraging marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to nurture and convert leads efficiently
- Collaborating with commercial analytics and product teams to embed customer and market insights into ongoing optimisation
- Using data-driven insights to refine messaging, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness
Brand and Positioning
- Refining and leading the execution of a compelling brand strategy that positions 15Gifts as a thought leader
- Developing high-impact content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs to establish credibility and drive engagement
- Leading PR, media relations, and analyst engagement to enhance brand visibility
Team & Agency Leadership
- Collaborating with internal design and product teams to maintain a cohesive brand experience
- Managing two marketers and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and measurable ROI
Performance Measurement & Insights
- Establishing and reporting on key marketing metrics to the leadership team
- Implementing experimentation frameworks to foster continual marketing innovation
Rebrand & Relaunch
We are currently undergoing a significant rebrand and product relaunch. The Head of Marketing will play a key role in shaping and executing this transformation, ensuring strong market repositioning, seamless rollout, and consistent messaging across all channels.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive enterprise SaaS marketing experience, including in leadership roles, especially during high-growth phases
- Proven expertise in enterprise marketing, ABM strategies, and crafting compelling messaging for enterprise buyers
- Strong track record in lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth with demonstrable ROI
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into execution, supported by commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
- Deep understanding of innovative technologies (AI experience a plus) with an entrepreneurial, customer-centric mindset
- Outstanding communicator and collaborator capable of influencing senior stakeholders and managing internal and external marketing resources
- Bonus: Experience marketing managed services offerings and communicating their value proposition
