We’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join 14HQ as we head into our biggest year yet. You’ll be part of a fast-growing, ambitious team and play a key role in managing and developing talent across our roster, while working closely on campaigns involving some of the biggest brands and talents in the UK and globally.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in talent management
- Strong brand partnerships experience (this is key)
- Someone who can think on their feet, build genuine relationships, and thrive in fast-moving environments
- Adaptable, people-first, and confident navigating both creative and commercial spaces
This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, real access, and the chance to grow alongside a company that’s scaling quickly.
