Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Rugby / South Birmingham Region Up to £22.66 per hour plus Company Van and Fuel Card Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites? We're looking for a skilled Mobile AC Engineer to support a range of client locations across the Rugby and South Birmingham area. You'll typically operate within a 50-mile radius, although occasional national travel may be required to support wider business needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering team where your technical expertise, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities will be genuinely valued. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Diagnosing faults and undertaking reactive repairs across a variety of commercial environments. Servicing and maintaining split, VRV/VRF, multi-split, and ventilation systems. Replacing components and carrying out minor installation works where required. Completing service reports, F-Gas documentation, and compliance records accurately. Building strong relationships with clients and providing professional technical advice. Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations and company standards. Supporting colleagues and occasionally travelling nationally to assist with projects and business requirements. What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning
