You’ll take ownership of AS9100 and ISO9001 systems used in aerospace and defence, where precision and trust aren’t optional. Reporting directly to the MD, your decisions will influence every level of the business, giving you real sway over performance, compliance and culture. What you’ll do:

  • Drive the full scope of the Quality Management System, ensuring it meets and exceeds AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. You’ll own the strategy, from defining KPIs to embedding a right-first-time mindset across the business.
  • Lead root cause analysis and turn insights into lasting fixes for non-conformance.
  • Work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to reduce risk and build trust.
  • Shape how the company delivers precision, performance and promise.
