If yes to the above this role is for you. The hiring business is a manufacturer of capital equipment which is sold globally to other hi-tech manufacturing sectors. With an already lean and efficient production process they are now looking to drive improvements in quality, delivery, cost or sustainability through the supply base and into materials management. We’re looking for someone who has the following experience within small to medium sized electro-mechanical manufacturing business:
- Identifying new suppliers and onboarding them to ensure fulfilment to OTIF targets
- Working with existing suppliers to find new improvement and cost down initiatives
- Work with internal teams including design, materials planning, production an logistics to understand and manage current and future materials requirements.
