What You'll Do
- Lead and develop procurement, materials and stores operations
- Own end-to-end procurement across materials, components and services
- Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing and negotiation
- Build and manage key supplier relationships, including international sourcing
- Ensure continuity of supply and optimise inventory and warehouse operations
- Shape and deliver procurement strategy aligned to business goals
About You
- Proven experience in a senior procurement role within manufacturing or engineering
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills (CIPS desirable)
- A confident leader with a continuous improvement mindset
