An ambitious sub contract manufacturer is looking to recruit an NPI Lead to bring their customers' products to life and into industrialisation. This role is pivotal to the profitable production of safety and mission critical products that help save lives.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • DFM studies and design input to ensure manufacturability that fits function and profitability targets
  • Manage tooling design/GA reviews and manufacture process with 3rd party international suppliers
  • Run trials, validation, PPAP, Cpk studies to scale up and full production
  • Knowledge of a range of plastic/polymer materials and their behaviours
  • Working with cross functional teams, this role is central to successful project implementation
