On the technical side, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining and improving key standards, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. You’ll drive supplier quality performance, lead problem-solving initiatives, and support the company’s move from Gold to Platinum Carbon Literacy—giving you a chance to influence sustainability in a meaningful way.
What you’ll do
- Leading the quality function, you’ll focus on reducing the cost of poor quality while boosting RFT and OTIF metrics. This is your chance to shape the company’s quality mission and make a visible impact on performance and profitability.
- You’ll take ownership of AS9100 implementation, working closely with senior leadership to embed it across the business. Alongside this, you’ll maintain and improve existing standards, ensuring the company stays ahead in quality, environmental, and HSE performance.
