About the Role:
As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke solutions—developing a deep understanding of client needs and building trusted relationships along the way.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery
Respond to customer queries and provide technical information where needed
Monitor project timelines and flag any risks or delays
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Maintain accurate records and reports using our CRM system

A recent graduate (ideally in engineering, manufacturing, maths, physics )
Excellent people and communication skills
