The practical stuff:
- £60-70k base (Can stretch a little here if needed)
- Generous bonus based on NET revenue growth, fair and realistic minimum hurdles, no cap on the upside

What you'll be up to
Day to day, you'll be owning and growing UK retail relationships across channels, landing new listings, and building account plans grounded in real data. It's a small, hands-on team, so expect to flex your style and pitch in wherever's needed. In your first six months you'll need to properly understand what category growth means for this business, push hard toward the growth incentives, and show you can own the UK market.
About you
You'll be an experienced and ambitious NAM/SNAM who's worked across multiple accounts and channels (inc Grocery, Impulse), commercially sharp, analytical, and happy making calls without perfect information in front of you. You should be at ease in a small team where job titles matter less than getting things done, and resilient enough to hold your own in a fairly volatile grocery market. Challenger/Start up/SME experience very much welcomed!
