Company – FMCG Challenger Brand
Salary – £55-65k, Car Allowance, bonus, 6% matched pension, private medical care, life insurance, 25 days holiday
Location – Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office in Bucks)
Fancy being part of an established challenger brand with a nutritious & nourishing range of plant-based meals? Partnering closely with buyers and category managers to build compelling business plans to meet the needs of the shoppers and creating mutual value? This is a business in growth. The discount channel is a big part of that.
Supported by a dedicated and highly experienced commercial leadership team, you’ll be given full P&L responsibility over the channel (primarily Aldi & Lidl), which currently equates to near 30% of company turnover. You’ll also pick up Ocado. Just to mix things up a bit. Potentially some Grocery too, depending on location.
If you are an NAM who is craving more responsibility, a chance to further establish yourself on £MM revenue accounts, with a clear path of development through to Controller level then here is the opportunity to do so.
Sure, this is a challenging role – SNAM roles are never easy. You’ll need the tenacity to break down a few doors and drive customer relationships; the confidence to be able to negotiate hard; the communication skills to work with internal colleagues and external teams to build actionable, insight-led plans. And finally, the drive to get things done and the resilience not to lose heart on the more challenging days.
We do need prior FMCG account management experience across the discount channel primarily with Aldi or Lidl. Ones where you can evidence growth, securing JBP’s and CPI’s.
With a salary of £55-65k + car allowance on top, bonus, 6% pension, 25 days holiday, life insurance, medical insurance and a whole host of other benefits, we want you to thrive here – and believe that you will.
Keen but location is not quite right? Get in touch anyway. For a true superstar candidate that meets the above criteria, there may be a little flex here.
