A rare PART TIME opportunity for an experienced Technical Administrator in the food industry. We’re looking for someone to work 3 days per week in a small technical and regulatory team where your impact will be clear to see. This site maintains the feel of a small business, with a close-knit team, an informal, adult environment and a collaborative culture. You’ll have a hybrid working setup – expect to be in the office one day per week, unless you’d prefer to do more than that.

In this role, typical responsibilities shall include:

  • Completing customer specifications
  • Coordinating third party test requests
  • Responding to QA related enquiries
  • Supporting the customer services team with investigations
  • Carrying out warehouse audits

To be successful, we’ll be looking for you to have:

  • 3+ years in a similar role in the food industry. Similar roles might include time spent as a Specification Technologist, Quality Administrator, QA Technologist, Technical Officer or a Regulatory Executive
  • Some experience in internal auditing
  • A strong familiarity with HACCP
  • Really strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills

The company can be flexible on the days you wish to work, as well as being mindful that you may have other commitments such as school or nursery runs to do.
