The Foodservice & B2B channels are a big part of that. Supported by a dedicated and highly experienced commercial leadership team, you’ll be given full P&L responsibility over the channel which currently accounts for nearly 30% of company turnover.
Working with major wholesalers, end-operators and solutions developers, you will be responsible for both managing existing business and winning new business - a classic hunter/farmer role! If you are an NAM craving more responsibility, aiming to establish yourself on £MM revenue accounts, or a channel expert eager to share your experience with major foodservice accounts, then this could be for you.
Sales roles are challenging; you’ll need tenacity to break down doors, confidence to negotiate, strong communication skills to work with internal and external teams, and resilience to persevere through tough days. We need a seasoned FMCG operator with significant experience managing accounts such as Brakes, Booker, or Bidfood (at least one of these).
With a salary of £55-65k + car allowance, bonus, 6% pension, 25 days holiday, life insurance, medical insurance, and other benefits, we want you to thrive here—and believe you will.
