Overview
National Account Manager (FMCG) – Premium Corporate Gifting and Retail. Based in the South West (hybrid) with remote options considered. Full-Time, Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Drive the corporate gifting channel by working with agencies, HR teams, event organisers and high-profile businesses to create thoughtful, beautifully presented gifts for seasonal peaks and year-round occasions.
- Develop bespoke packaging, personalised messages and curated collections to meet client needs and tell a compelling gifting story.
- Assist in growing select premium retail accounts and ensure products shine on shelves in prestigious stores.
- Negotiate terms, plan seasonal launches and analyse sales data to deliver growth across channels.
- Collaborate with Head of Sales for guidance and balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven success in premium gifting (luxury food and drink, seasonal products or high-end merchandise) and B2B account management.
- Ability to approach new prospects, build long-term partnerships and be commercially savvy with strong attention to detail.
