Own the UK Discounter channel for this growing Health & Wellness business and shape it with your ideas and expertise. You’ll drive new business across convenience, forecourts and wholesale, working closely with the leadership team and European stakeholders to deliver an ambitious 3-year growth plan. You’ll have full P&L responsibility, so you’ll be making the big calls and seeing the impact of your decisions.
Enjoy hybrid working with 1–2 days per week in the West Yorkshire office (travel expensed), giving you the flexibility to manage your time how it suits you best. Benefits include a car allowance, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus your birthday off and all travel expenses covered.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of key UK discounter relationships like Aldi, Lidl and B&M, growing them with your commercial expertise. You’ll win new listings, expand distribution and range, and make promotions more effective.
- Build new business across convenience, forecourts and wholesale, creating channel-specific commercial propositions that drive sales and brand presence.
- Lead negotiations on terms, promotions and trading agreements, shaping the commercial strategy and turning data into decisions that drive performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure launches and promotions deliver in the real world.
What you’ll need
- 3+ years’ experience in National Account Management within FMCG
- A proven track record managing accounts across Grocery, Discount, High Street Retail or Department Stores
- Strong new business development credentials and the ability to travel regularly to West Yorkshire
- Commercially sharp and confident, ready to own a multi-million pound P&L and drive growth in a fast-moving, high-potential channel.
