This is a high quality, British pasta brand. Already making waves across the UK with their sustainably sourced, delicious products stocked in farm shops and deli’s across the UK as well as listings in premium retail and dept stores, and a D2C presence via subscription sales on their website.
It’s now time to bring on board a Marketing Manager. You will play a critical role in bringing the brand to life, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales across both digital and offline channels. Alongside an experienced CMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that will connect with their customers, tell their story, and position them as an exciting challenger brand disrupting the commoditised pasta category.
If you’ve worked in a challenger brand environment before, you’ll know the pace can be frenetic. It’s no different here. Strategy implementation, brand management, content creation, digital marketing, social media, PR, customer insights, campaign management and performance analysis will all come under your remit. You don’t need to be a master of all these. But broad experience of marketing disciplines within an FMCG brand will certainly stand you in good stead.
This is a home based role, but we’d like you be located in or around London as there will be some travel required around the big smoke at times.
Looking for a 4 day week? They can accommodate that. Along with a salary up to £45k, 28 days holiday (plus your bank holidays of course) and a few other perks (inc limitless amounts of pasta).
You’ll need a genuine passion for food (especially pasta) with a background working in FMCG marketing, and especially social media savvy with an analytical mindset.
