Own the UK & Dutch retail and ecommerce accounts and lead the commercial strategy for a growing B Corp Certified FMCG Challenger brand. You’ll shape key retail relationships, drive revenue growth and build your path to senior leadership. With full P&L ownership and direct reporting to the MD, you’ll have the autonomy to make the right commercial decisions and grow the business your way. Hybrid working means you’ll only need to be in the brand-new London office 1–2 days per week (more if you like), giving you the flexibility to focus on what matters most. And if you're a superstar, we'll go north of that salary range. Other perks include a company bonus, 25 days holiday, and cycle and electric car schemes (salary sacrifice). You’ll also get 2 days of volunteering per year, monthly social events and occasional remote work from abroad. Shape the future of a profitable challenger brand while building your own international sales expertise. Dutch language isn’t required, but you’ll gain valuable experience across multiple markets and expand your professional network.

- Lead negotiations with buyers, plan and execute promotional strategies, and work cross-functionally with operations, finance and marketing to ensure commercial success.
What you’ll need
- Significant experience in FMCG sales, specifically within food or drink
- Experience managing major grocery retailers (either UK or European)
- Strong commercial understanding, including P&L ownership, pricing and promotions
- Confidence working with data and drawing insights, with good Excel and PowerPoint skills, will also set you apart.
