Regulatory Compliance Manager – Food Supplements
North West England | £40,000–£47,000 + bonus + good benefits
We’re looking for a food supplements regulatory specialist to join a growing business with an increasingly international customer base. You’ll be a trusted voice across the company, helping teams make sound decisions from early product development through to launch and export. It’s a chance to take ownership, make a visible impact and help shape the next stage of an incredibly ambitious and growing business.
In this role, you’ll:
- Check ingredients, formulations, claims, labels and packaging against UK, EU and relevant international rules.
- Advise colleagues across product development, sales, procurement, operations and supply chain.
- Review product changes and approve artwork, specifications and technical documents.
- Track regulatory changes and turn them into clear, practical guidance.
- Manage product registrations, customer portals and product information systems.
- Support export requirements, including certificates and market-specific documentation.
- Respond to technical queries from customers, retailers and industry contacts.
You’ll bring:
- Solid food supplements regulatory experience - this experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of ingredients and labelling, and the confidence to explain complex requirements clearly.
- A detail-focused approach and a real proactivity in finding answers when you don't know them already.
- Any knowledge of markets beyond the UK and EU—such as the US or Middle East is a bonus.
The package:
- Guide of £40,000–£47,000 base salary, with a good benefits package, including a bonus, on top.
