The opportunity

This is a chance to join an established and growing brand at an exciting stage of its journey. The products are already trusted by customers around the world. The retail foundations are already in place. Amazon is growing. The opportunity now is to accelerate digital commerce and help build the next chapter of growth.

For someone who enjoys ownership, pace and the opportunity to make a visible commercial impact, it's a role with plenty of headroom. Most wellness brands are still trying to figure out how ecommerce, marketplaces, creators and social commerce fit together. This one is already well on its way.

The position

We're looking for an Ecommerce Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility across ecommerce, marketplaces, affiliates and social commerce. While TikTok Shop will be a major focus, this isn't a one-channel role. You'll be working across multiple touchpoints to help drive revenue, improve performance and build a stronger digital commerce operation.

If you enjoy spotting opportunities, testing ideas, optimising what works and turning commercial potential into measurable results, you'll feel right at home.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving ecommerce growth across key digital channels
  • Taking ownership of TikTok Shop performance and expansion
  • Managing product listings, promotions, bundles and trading activity
  • Working with creators, affiliates and partners to drive customer acquisition
  • Monitoring performance data and turning insights into action
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies across ecommerce, CRM, paid media and content
  • Identifying new opportunities to improve revenue, conversion and customer experience

Why this role is interesting

TikTok Shop is a significant opportunity for the business. The foundations are there, but there's still plenty to build. You'll play a key role in shaping how the brand approaches social commerce, creator-led sales and platform growth, while also having visibility and influence across the wider ecommerce operation. It's the kind of role where you'll be trusted to make things happen rather than spend your time asking for permission.

What we're looking for

You might currently be an Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Executive ready for the next step, Marketplace Manager, Digital Trading Manager or someone working at the intersection of ecommerce and social commerce. What matters most is that you've worked in a commercially focused ecommerce environment and understand how digital channels drive revenue growth. Experience with TikTok Shop is essential and we'll need to see evidence of success in that in your background.

We're particularly interested in people who have experience with some combination of:

  • TikTok Shop
  • Meta Shops
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Creator partnerships
  • AWIN
  • YouTube Shopping
  • Ecommerce trading and promotions

Experience within wellness, sports nutrition, supplements, beauty, energy drinks or other consumer brands would be highly beneficial.
