1485 are building a new channel – Beauty and Personal Care – across the UK and the US. We’re already well established recruitment specialists with our niche areas of focus being in food ingredients, nutrition and scaling FMCG brands. We want someone who’s hungry to own our new channel – Beauty & Personal care. You’ll carve out this market, build deep expertise, and make it yours. Want to grow a team around it later? Great – that’s what our other hires have done. Prefer to stay solo and just reap the rewards of a high billing desk? Also fine.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll get support, proper collaboration, and a team that celebrates wins together.
- You’ll also get a proper tech stack… being small doesn’t mean we cut corners.
- Maybe you’re already placing into beauty and personal care. Maybe you’ve worked in the sector and have the passion, insight and network that comes with it.
- You don’t need to be a recruiter right now but you know the industry, you get the people, and you’re ready to turn that into a high-earning niche.
